TADF & Tac-Air merger complete

Guys this merger is pretty much complete, my gut feeling this whole time was that they were ironing out the last minor details.
This is proof that the merger is just about done. Below I am posting an excerpt from a TADF pr last October of an acquisition of Sudamin, a colombian defense services contractor. Sudamin, is the exclusive rep for the super Tucano - 314 aircraft. This is the exact same aircraft that Tac-air is now using, as of two weeks ago, Tac-air updated their website two weeks ago and added the super tucano - 314 tab.

Sudamin, in partnership with a U.S. manufacturer of military aircraft, and with the Colombian Air Force, is currently in the process of executing a long-term contract to manufacture single-engine aircraft in Colombia, in excess of $6 million. In addition, Sudamin is the exclusive representative of the military vehicle manufacturer AM General Humvee (www.amgeneral.com ) whose sales in Colombia through Sudamin are expected to be in the millions of dollars for 2010. Sudamin is also the exclusive representative of the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer's Embraer (www.embraer.com) Super Tucano-314 military aircraft for Colombia. In conjunction with a French defense equipment manufacturer, Sudamin was awarded a contract to improve the electronic counter measures ("ECM") for Colombia's Presidential Aircraft. In the aggregate, Sudamin's total contract awards for 2010 currently exceed $20 million.

IMO this is a done deal, just a matter of time. All the clues are there, just gotta read between the lines. Everything is lining up for a huge run. Weekly chart, mm's supporting bid, huge volume last week, Tac-air's new aircraft and new contracts. Get ready
