LOL.. All published BS by the 'company'. Anyone can throw up a site, literally..

Regarding the SEC filing, Cloyce is paying himself in shares, has some vague acreage in Ontario, Canada (btw ever google earth the methes 'factory' address), executes some consulting agreement with Brian, hires Chris Davies from the infamous 2234 N. Federal Highway suite 300 building in Boca as his legal counsel (lookup atlascapitalpartners.org and or see the nice trademark infringement lawsuit) and hired an auditor to audit his company.

Again, where is the beef? Show me a product, customer, employees, an office that's not virtual or a mail drop.. Show me something tangible..
