As I read it, the Genex website clearly says their technology shows "the entire visible surface" of the scanned object. TDCP technology shows the surface in opaque mode and the innards of the scanned object in translucent mode. Huge difference in technology and potential applications. Also no mention of whether their technology allows for 3D viewing of objects in motion. TDCP's does.
