I would first get rid of every lease that was losing money for BDGR and say screw Four Star and Petrol. If every lease was losing money, they would all be gone unless there were potential to rework into a profitable lease. If I had to sell every lease then so be it. I would rather have one well that was making money than 600 that were losing money. Maybe do some farmouts. Unfortunately it would be hard to undo the damage that was done last year. Look at the 8BD properties. Those are the leases I probably would have kept. The structure of Joes enterprise is even if the wells lose money he can make money on the overrides and service work. The whole family can and does. CEO? LOL. I wouldn't want to be part of a company whose purpose is to rip off peoples hard earned money. I credit my parents for raising me right.
