What part of my post do you not understand DD? The link that you cite is the AAA rating for a bond that is named US Capital Funding II Series Trust I. Notice the entry's classification under structured finance. This is a credit rating for a financial instrument--not a bank, a trust or a company.
This is is not the credit rating for the financial institution that is calling itself US Capital Funding II Series Trust I. Robert Fowler's "trust" is not S&P credit rated, but they are trying to make it appear as if they have an S&P rating by using the same name as the financial instrument.
If you do not believe me, call S&P and ask to speak to a credit analyst. I am not making this up. I did my own due diligence and I went straight to the horse's mouth.
