Can anyone find US Capital Funding II Series Trust I listed on the S&P website under the classification of "Financial Institutions"?. Show us if you can. You will not find it there because,according to the same S&P credit analyst, it does not exist.
S&P is correct in saying that because even on US Capital Funding website, they clearly state that it was founded in 1979 and domiciled in four different countries around the world. There is nothing wrong with that. Yes, if the company was hiding that then there was problem::
