Stooge.... the way I see it, A Strategic Partner, an Off Take Agreement , or an Acquisition of a Vanadium mine that is in or close to production , earlier, would trump the" Scoping Study " in the Third Quarter and which is less than 3 mos. away now.
ENZR has many Irons in the fire and could close on anything anytime now, so any Insider buying now might be viewed as insider trading if some thing closes soon.
