Nice to have you here! I'm pretty sure we are all aware that the stock has been diluted. There may be some here that see dilution as an investment in the company which will ultimately produce more revenue. They probably prefer not to call it dilution. But the past couple days I haven't seen anyone deny the fact that dilution has occurred. I don't know who exactly you are talking to but if there is anyone who thinks APCX is not diluting they are obviously not doing there DD. The other issue is we haven't had a "real" moderator. Noone has been putting the PR's up as sticky's. Hopefully greenhorn60 can get approved this weekend and we can get the important info up on the board.

Glad you are aboard here!

I also find it interesting how it's pounded into the ground also when they need to sell shares to move forward. Either they sell shares to move the company forward or they stop to exist. I guess if there are enough sellers and the pps moves lower than I may as well double or triple my share count. Selling shares is about the only way a little company can finance growth. Only my opinion.

WINGMAN19---- someone, plese explain ur term "MACD and the STATIC to cross"? I know what the MACD is but not familiar with STATIC or what is crosses.

For me, On the MACD, when the green line going down crosses the red line is sometime a sell signal for me, and when the green line going up crosses the red is sometines is a buy, BUT NOT FAMILAR WITH THE WORD STATIC

WINGMAN - Misleading statements by CEO Ottens?

4/6/2011 - Why, just one day after an investor posted evidence that APCX has been massively diluting the share pool again, did Ottens decide to do his paid promotional interview? Looks like he got caught with his dilution and had to react quickly to slow down the shareholder dumping and disgust with his "no dilution concern" claims he made on 3/17/2011.

AppTech Corp.'s CEO Mr. Eric Ottens Featured Guest on StockTalk101 Radio
3/21/2011 - note that tons of shares were issued. Maybe not to SSLC, but likely for cah (dilution)
The investment is all cash and will not include AppTech issuing any new stock to SSLC.

3/18/2011 -trasparency? LOL
The Company will continue to follow its policy of maintaining regulatory compliance and providing transparency to the investing public.

3/17/2011 -Restricted? then why is the float increasing so fast?
If these shares are restricted, shouldn't they not be part of the float? No concern about dilution.....LOL....yet they have been increasing dilution exponentially?

We have reissued some shares mostly for acquisitions but these are 144 shares that are restricted for one year from the date of issue. Our basic share structure has not changed since the beginning of the year. There is no basis for the concern regarding dilution.
