( DILUTION OR ISSUING MORE SHARES IS THE SAME THING.)
I have been watching this APCX forum very closely for the last 2 weeks because I bought into the stock. I just now,, (at this moment), created a username so that I may say something to this forum. I absolutely believe that APCX has a very strong future. It has been very interesting watching how this dilution has unfolded, and yes (OBVIOUSLY DILUTION) and how you have all responded to it. You sit here and watch your ticker show 24 mil go at the bid, then you see 1 mil go at the ask, you see time go by to bring the MACD and the STATIC to cross.This is concerning to me that nobody understands what is going on.
Please allow me to quote Mr. Ottens in his interview to the statement made by (TERRIF), the interviewer, that is part of this forum apparently.TERRIF puts forth the statement that there was a change to the OS and could you explain what it means to APPTECH, dilution is very concerning to your shareholders she says,,, and then Mr. Ottens says,,, and I quote,,,
"IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS WE HAVE ISSUED MORE SHARES AND OF COURSE WHEN YOU ISSUE MORE SHARES THE (*** inaudable ***) SUBJECT OF DILUTION IS VERY PROMINANT.BUT BEAR IN MIND WHEN WE ISSUE MORE SHARES, THIS IS TO RAISE MORE MONEY SO THAT WE CAN ADVANCE OUR ACQUISITION PLAN. I HAVE TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR THE COMPANY BASED ON WHAT ARE THE TOOLS AT MY DISPOSAL, THAT I BELIEVE WILL IMPROVE APPTECH'S BOTTOM LINE AND OR CASH FLOW. I HAVE TO LOOK AT THE LONG TERM FUTURE OF THE COMPANY AND NOT JUST WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE COMPANY FOR THE DAY."

I do not understand how all this pro and con is going on in this forum. It is plain as day and night what he said in that last sentence that I quoted and that is that ( DILUTION OR ISSUING MORE SHARES IS THE SAME THING.) Ottens clearly says it in his interview. Actually listen to the interview people and understand what he said.
