You are correct in that pennies move on rumor and hype. There is no argument from me on this one.

I agree that WL could have handled the situation better in terms of the PR and using 'imminent'; however, he has done pretty much everything he said he was going to do. I believe things happen that cause deadlines to be pushed. I have worked for private industries and for the government so I certainly understand deadlines from more than 2 different points of view.

He did issue a PR as he stated he would but again it could have been better worded. REgardless, he did what he said he was going to do.

gsobes, I'm glad it's Just Your Opinion. I find a huge variance in the Pink Sheets, pump & dump, serious companies that fail, and some going through the growing pains. Some of these fit day trading some don't. There is no single hard fast rule.

I agree with you, CEO's should not put timeline in Pinkyland!! If they do, in most case, they will fail.............so its always a good idea to sell before the deadline!!
