rule number 1 , penny stocks are not long term investments. they are trading vehicles. nothing more nothing less, they move on rumor and hype, which is the case here. my question is WHY state you intend to PR news By end of Q1 and not do it, then release a PR that news is imminent. Makes no sense for any "smart" CEO to do. Im still puzzled right now as are many investors. Ive called WL a few times and have not received a call back. Unlike all of you that speak to him daily, it appears. I received an email back that said stay tuned. that was over 2 weeks ago. My guess is was some dude responding to emails NOT WL. CEO's do not respond in emails regarding happenings, they just dont. sooooo at this point its a crap shoot the longer we dont see any news. IMO
