IMO, that should be sticked in place of what is up there from me now, which just says what my DD in my last post supports.

So I'm hearing you say the valuation could be worth between .03 - .10? Why would anyone want to miss this one?

thanks to whoever stickied this, isn't it clear that when these lithium concessions get onto the OTCBB this is how they are valued.

Look at http://www.rodinialithium.com/

1/3 the resources of MMTE, yet $35M cap, meaning MMTE would be at least $105M on the OTCBB.

Can't wait for MMTE to merge into one of these OTCBB Lithium companies and we get real shares of stock.

But, we should be at .03 as it is here.

Part of your statement ...How? MMTE has 31,000 acres of concessions averaging

You mean IF THEY HAVE 31,000 acres!!!! has not been PR'd as having it.

JMHO

OH, and maybe this should be stickied right up there with his OPINION, not fact yet.

That's just the lithium values though. What about boron, potassium, potash, etc. values? How could we calculate that? Any ideas?

0.032 seems to be book value, if the pr gets released on a bullish run, we may see the market value take a bullish stance and may see up to 0.15 ...of course i believe the opposite means if the run is bearish.

Your estimate is a lowball figure.

Per the PRs, the 31,000 acres contain lithium value of $10,000-$30,000 per acre.

If you're going to use a lower limit on the estimate, then it should be $10,000.

That's $310M and 0.062 PPS.

imo :)

I'll further note that since we know that MMTE has roughly $20,000/acre of lithium at average 625 ppm and that lithium costs about $5000/ton, this means we have about 4 tons of lithium/acre according to MMTE management.

Furthermore, MMTE management says we have roughly 9500 ppm potassium, this means that there is roughly 15x more potassium than lithium in each of the acres. That would mean we have 60 tons of potassium/acre. Did you know that potassium sells for $900/acre?

This means the total value of lithium is roughly $620M

And the total value of the potassium is roughly $1.7B.

This gives the total concessions a total value of $2.32B of product.

Since the $2.32B non-producing form, applying a 10 cents on the dollar valuation gives it a worth of $232M.

MMTE has NOTHING. They are still in "negotiations", which could mean about anything. Am I wrong? I hope so.

Thanks Showmethedollars, This I already knew and hope you all did not misinterpet what I was saying. What I ment was the long haul for MMTE even with a merger, etc. the price of ownership is going to go north. I am not just looking for pr,or reports. I firmly believe to let go of shares just on pr with MMTE would be negative to what is a huge possibility if it was held. Yes, some will sell off but, also, alot more will buy in at higher prices because it will be more stable in the tech. sense. Hope I did not offend. Wasn't the intention. GLTA GOOOO MMTE
