if they did all the moves they needed to do to uplist prior to even hinting at an r/s, then the pps pre-split of this stock would rise making any buyback or accumulation much more expensive...though by putting their cart in front of the horse with the announcement of a r/s, the dangling of the uplisting carrots and then the execution of a r/s (if it passes), they've effectively taken away all those buy signals and are only "supporting" the price, meaning shares that most likely would have been 20 plus cents can now be accumulated post r/s (using pre/split prices) for 1 to 7 cents ...no speculative traders who make this pink market will be buying a low volume stock, that just executed a r/s. ..those type of speculators don't care what the reason for the r/s is or was. .

don may buy even more on the way down to "support" the price. if he did these buys w/o the announcement of the r/s proxy, his inside buying would have been a buy signal, and the pps would go up which would have benefited all share holders except for himself, since he'd end up paying a lot more for his shares as the bid went up to execute his buys

the market cap of vtsi though does make the whole competitive PPS red herring of having a higher share price compared to the PPS of its multi-100 billion dollar public competitors a farcical argument and rational for the r/s
