Thats because diluting at 0001 is sucide... there will be a decent pump PR with in the next few days/weeks...and this will run back to 0005...then they will finish off the remaing shares of the 5 billion A.S.
Seem like right now we have someone who is content on keeping it at 0001 though... everytime there are buys at the ASK yesterday and so far today...we see a small (800K for a 0001 stock is small) seel to make sure that 0001 stays the PPS of the day...not sure why thats happening, but does seem to be intentional .
