Don't be too surprised if the DTCC hands over the records with little to no resistance. My money is on Iron Bob and the group he represents developing a case were the wrong doing falls on the characters mentioned in Slurps postings. It's actually quite interesting to compare the history of CMKX to NNOS and the present status of both companies.
