The last fling shows that there is no one other than Jeff that owns more than 5% of the company. That is pretty solid evidence that Kidd is out of the picture. I imagine Jeff would want no part with Kidd considering he does not need him for anything. However, a formal statement like you suggested would ne nice also for the ones that fear Kidd could stain the black castle. Personally, I am confident it is all Jeff's castle and Kidd is out of the picture for good. Looks like Kidd is in trouble with that bk and lawsuit mess. He probably had to sell the shell for whatever he could get fast. That kind of situation does not leave much room for negotiating on Kidd's part.
