Who says the management team is doing ANYTHING in the background? There's been one PR that said they planned to file by the end of Q1 2011. We know they didn't.
Doesnt seem like they're doing ANYTHING about the stock.
No one is debating that CAPE is alive and well as a PRIVATE company. They are doing their thing and moving forward. Mr. Toms thanks everyone for all of their contributions when he was running the printing press. They're not doing a damn thing for the former shareholders except to continue lying to us. It's business as usual. Hence, the slap in the face.
