olddog967, thanks for the clarification. As I said, I am not sure what all is covered in the agreement. All I was saying is that the MSFT and Nortel link might not change the NOK - IDCC issue and NOK will not be any more safer (than what it was) now that it got in bed with MSFT. Some on this board seem to be worried about that.
