There is nothing that would prevent the company from declaring a dividend right now, payable next week. Nothing would do more to suggest that the company is for real.

Perhaps that was the original plan all along. Buy back and dividend right after audit.

Then who would have expected the non-stop harassment to DTT, causing enough heat for them to bail at the last minute?

Maybe CCME will trade on the pinks in 2 months regardless... But I enjoy seeing the shorts trapped right now.
