rmarchma's integrity is excellent, IMO

While I disagree with Ronny Marchman, CPA, on a number of issues, I believe his character and integrity are true and noble.

Ronny's contributions here over the years have been solid and helpful to the dialogue, even when I disagree, IMO.

Here's two examples of where I believe we disagree, but nonetheless I respect Ronny's opinions:

I will vote for Harry Campagna for continuing on BOD

I will vote against the proposal for BOD members holding one year only terms. (While I see merit in one year terms as a general principle, I believe there will be intense efforts to acquire IDCC at share prices below its true value. One year terms makes that much easier, in IDCC's case.)

I encourage Ronny to continue his research and posting.
