Jim.

I think the one-year limit is a red herring.

We haven't the slightest idea whether one director is better than another.

If things go well, shareholders normally re-elect directors. If they don't go well, shareholders usually blame the officers.

BTW, have you ever seen an independent director run for re-election?

Jim,

have a look at the director profile of IDCC, with the exception of the most recent appointees, what exactly do they bring to the table. Just look at the meetings that they attend, compensation committees, to set their own compensation. Audit committees when none of them would know what an audit is.

Shareprice will determine the future of this company. If it has what many of us hope for, then the fate of the company will be determined by the institutions that will own the company, I expect if we get from Nokia what was advertised
+ a 3g license for 0.5%, then inst ownership will be about 80%. If we fail in resolving Nokia and contine with never ending litigation, then the company will continue to be run by harry as his own private piggy bank.

Jim,New PACER filings re: Tantivy in your mailbox.

Looks like we are trying to strike from the record some of the testimony of one of Tantivy's experts because it was filed late.
