hmm. I'm not sure what this will mean for us VLCO
shareholders. How much stock in NXOI will VLCO receive ?
how big is the loan ? we should have a VLCO PR to clarify this.
If the companies eventually merge, it's good for us.
Another plus is that NXOI may pressure VLCO to uplist to the
OTCBB from the OTC. NXOI .14/.15
