SEC will not suspend on pink sheets (if it goes there). There are many many non-reporting, shells at .0001 cent on pinks. They virtually have no regulators...Unless they found MAJOR MAJOR illegal going on.
Why was Rhino allowed to trade? Clearly, they admittedly lied about 2.5 of their 5 contracts - open and shut case for SEC. Surely, that's a major fraud? Why not stop that trading?
I simply do not see the SEC suspending trading if it goes to pinks. Lets be honest here, half or more of the pink stocks today are shells owned by 1 guy with less total annual revenue than a fry cook at McDonald's. You can read through these forums and find many - most fully admitting that they have no real business just empty pipe dreams - and the SEC doesn't care.
