It should be noted that Nasdaq keeps the SEC informed on any problems they are having with a company like CCME. SEC has access to all documents, emails etc that Nasdaq has. IMO, 2 things will happen shortly 1. delisting and drop to pinks. 2. SEC suspends trading in pinks for CCME same day with same reasons as Nasdaq. Suspension lasts 10 days. In that time frame something either good or very bad for CCME will happen. If they have less than the $$ they had claimed in filings and major deceit or non disclosure to the agencies, I believe they are toast.
