I checked the link provided above and spoke to the company representative. Apparently, it is a spelling error, and the company is not Globetel, but infact, Auratel, which provides VOIP services. To be specific, this is not the same company Globetel, with which we have an agreement

Yes. Our MOU is still active with Globetel, and we are working on getting the service live shortly.
