Assume it passes, which I do not think it will. So what, directors have to be voted out, and that is an extremely difficult thing to do, unless they prove to be total idiots, and even then, still hard to remove them.
If Nokia is settled in our favour, then all will be happy. Other than attending a few audit committees, the majority of which the current directors would not even understand (normal)and 8 compensation meetings, they do nothing else.
