Stephen R. Perry is a Managing Director of Janes Capital Partners, a middle market investment banking firm with offices located in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Diego CA.

Mr. Perry specializes in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, ESOPs as well as bankruptcy, insolvency and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to forming Janes Capital Partners, Mr. Perry spent 12 years in a variety of financial roles at Irving Trust Company, Credit Suisse-First Boston (CSFB) and Kayne Anderson. In these various capacities, Mr. Perry has participated in numerous commercial banking, investment banking and merchant banking transactions valued at well in excess of $750 Million.

Mr. Perry holds a General Securities license issued by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD series’ 7 & 63) and a Real Estate Brokers License issued by the California Department of Real Estate. Mr. Perry is a member of numerous trade associations including; the Association for Corporate Growth, the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisers, the Business Forum, Financial Executives International and the ESOP Association among others.

Mr. Perry holds an MBA Degree in Finance from the Anderson Graduate Business School at UCLA and a BA Degree in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
