What is most interesting is CMKX PR'd that they were leaving 1st Global, for a new transfer company, then Pr'd a couple days later, that they went back to 1st Global.
Apparently they actually did intend to move to Pacific, but then one of the Pacific reps told shareholders that the o/s was 400 billion, and Urbie went ballistic.
Not that it was untrue; he just didn't want people to know about it. His first thought was to start up his own transfer agency. He went so far as to incorporate the company, but I guess then Glenn put his foot down, and we didn't hear anything more about it.
