You are correct. With an increase in the A/S does not mean a increase in the O/S anytime soon. If those shares are issued into the O/S they become restricted for one year under SEC rule 144. Dilution is not happening here as we know. L2 only shows peeps getting out thinking thye ship is sinking. The admendment is a good thing here. News should be coming soon.
