Agreed, but at the same time, and the point of my post is that a large drop in market cap value is higly unlikely even after the R/S based on old fashioned fundamentals and elementary valuation calulations. Worst case scenario is that a price drop happens for a short amount of time, then the fundamentals bring the stock back to reasonable levels. The only losers in that scenario are owners who sell out of fear of the R/S.

It sounds like you may be one of those investors that will sell on news of a reverse split. If you hang in there, good for you, thats fine. If you dont like what you see, and decide to sell, youll be doing it to a willing buyer who will be happy to snag up your shares at a discount, sit on them for 6 months, and double their investment.

I wish I was Ferris. He is going to be extremly wealthy in 2 years.
