doggone, the location matters because how do you know what is on the land if you don't know where the land is....

(18" diameter and 100' tall) command the best yes and to be really straight up front I would highly doubt those trees on that land in photo are that mature. most of those trees are there for the papermills. but again the forrester and county agent will know if they have pole farms there or just mainly pulp.
