My god after this weekend's performance, DM wants to go to court? ROFLMAO!!!!! I would think that would be the last place he wants to be seen.

We don't know if he does or does not have a case. I really hate to harp on this issue. W's statements have made me concerned, not DM's.

Believe it or not, several hundreds of thousands of dollars go into lawyers pockets arguing about "if" and what "if" means. I see it all the time. It could take some serious litigation to determine "if" the termination was pursuant to the terms and conditions of the contract.
