I agree.
WAVX is likely working hard today to lock in all possible Q1 sales. Perhaps we might get some news next week.
Oct 22 2.50 calls continue to look very attractive.

I agree.

It is a definite attack.
But it is a weapon the shorts have and Wave doesn't defend itself. Wave needs a champion, an analyst, someone to state the case and set earnings and share price estimates.

Turning the other cheek and letting the short sellers and hedge funds manipulate you doesn't seem to be working in my (long) favor.
