Both EIGH and CDIV were Monk FLD plays. So they were pretty much manipulated into those prices. SAEI was a silent buying group and then false PR play. RTGV with the right promo, a legit and powerful promo to go along with the right news, could be the type that does it without any shady dealings. The no company dilution is a major plus in that regard.
