I agree, but I posted last week the confirmation from the CEO that the Outstanding Shares has recently maxed out.

Th A/S has not increased since July 14th 2010
The O/S is currently maxxed out
The Float is currently maxed out, & can't grow any larger as all shares except the CEOs Restricted Shares and the 3% Dividend are already in the Float.
