WP wouldn't put up 100million and expect to lose. That is the Ace in the hole. I feel as long as the 100mil gets into the Phase 3 - I would think WP would feel that a worthy milestone and take financing to the next level.
JMO - I just like my odds on this one since there is big money behind it.
