If it's like NEP then we won't know - according to this PR they put in their plan on April 29th and I don't see any information reflected in SEC doc or, not unusually for NEP, in a PR.

To answer my own survey questions, I'll say:

1) Will CCME submit a plan of compliance to the NASDAQ by midnight tomorrow? Yes. The company stated that they will do it

2) Will the general public find out tomorrow if such a plan is submitted? Not tomorrow. I'm afraid we'll be kept waiting longer.
