Well, unfortunately, I was correct regarding #2. The jury is still out on #1.

1) Will CCME submit a plan of compliance to the NASDAQ by midnight tomorrow? Yes. The company stated that they will do it

2) Will the general public find out tomorrow if such a plan is submitted? Not tomorrow. I'm afraid we'll be kept waiting longer.
