well for one, it looks like the financial aren't audited from what the IR states. This would mean that Watson saying back in January as to why we had to wait until march would be yet another big lie. with that, why would an company in there right mind ever merge with someone who doesn't have audited financials? pretty much Watson has been talking out of his a** making us all believe that there was some awesome merger coming and then just paid of DM to make it sound like it never went through.
