IMO.. when they ( MM) are moving bid and ask up and down a tick or two trying to get ppl to sell is jumping around. We had ask of 15 then 16 then a 17 showed up. Bid was @ .01 then creeped up a tick then two...Now @ 12 To me thats them trying to get some sells..
