The company is selling or has sold shares. I wonder if it is was to pay for the new plant equipment. I bet the new machines were pricey, being custom and all.
There is just no way around the selling though. The OS ballooned from the September 30 quarterly report to the December 30 quarterly by 31 million shares. Those are the shares we are seeing now. The question is how many of those share are going to hit the market. The MM NOBL is the one with the shares. You can see him on both the bid and ask. He is providing the support as he sells. I do believe at this point the selling is out of the CEOs hands, and because they are not reporting to the SEC yet we do not know were the selling ends. It is obvious that NOBL does not want to sell below .02.
While all that sounds a bit doom and gloom, I still believe we are in good shape long term. I have done my DD on this company and really like where it is going.
