I doubt very much Mr. Miranda is the sort of person who would be either persuaded or dissuaded from anything by the pixilated pipsqueak Peanut Gallery that populates this message board.

His commentary speaks for itself; his words imply he sees more opportunity here. So, either he's telling the truth or he isn't; your choice.

Given the stock has already traded thrice the 10-day average volume and on a solid increase in price, it would appear at least a few are choosing to believe him, at least for now.

WOW... A lot of work done by this Board.
Of most importance, two key events. The creation of real financial statments and the return of the former CEO's shares. Two big tasks.
To someone not familiar with VYEY, the picture is bleak. To those in this for a while, this is great news. The financial shenanigans of the past are now on paper. The company is in debt, with a big future ahead.
The debt and improper statements of the past appear to be handled.
Lets see how far this goes. THere was no statement by this hard working Board about stopping business. Obviously, there is something ahead for VYEY.
I am here for the long term.

Other good news.

The 10K makes note of a suit filed against the previous CEO's accounting firm. This suggests that a suit may follow, filed against the previous CEO's attorney - an individual that represented the former CEO over the company needs.

This suggests that some of the costs related to the current Boards recovery of the company will get paid. Nice.

will Miranda feel his work is done and walk away. The bad-mouthing on this board may well make him do just that

Now there's a hard driving dedicated CEO I want to hang my hopes on!

Get real!
