Maybe you and "Honest John were throwing coffee cups in there from the breakroom.

Maybe "Honest John" has his friends and family bring there plastic trash from home and drop it off. But I'll stick with the filings. If I remember correctly " Honest John " claims to have 1 or more contracts for "free" plastic. I'm sure we'll hear about them in due time? Along with URS reports and run tickets.?
