It's a fully functioning recycling facility. Recycling facilities operate to make a profit. JBI's operates the facility to make a profit. They sell cardboard and desirable plastic for profit. What they don't have to do is pay the tipping fees other recycling facilities have to pay to put unwanted plastic in landfills.

Regarding the blending facility. Are you suggesting JBI sell the fuel to a blending facility, who blend the fuel and sell it for a profit. Perhaps having their own blending facility allows JBI to keep those profits in-house.

I wasn't talking about the over all operating costs of JBII....the question was if JBII is paying for their plastic....as in haul in a load and JBII cuts the supplier a check. Not happening. JBII is NOT paying for their feed stock.
