The CEO. I asked point blank if he had paid for any of the plastic we were putting in the the machine. He laughed and said. NO.

According to the SEC filings JBII has to purchase their plastic.

Can you show me where in any of the filings it states that JBI "has to purchase" its plastic feedstock, or otherwise indicates that the company cannot get plastic for free. All I recall is a cautionary remark under the "risk factors" indicating that volatility in the price of plastic could impact JBII's operations.
