Has anyone ever think of it this way. The company may realize the current pps is way undersold, and even after the R/S will be even lower, they have good news and they know it can easily move the pps back to 2 cent pre-split.
So they intentionally throw the R/S out there to get the pps as low as they can and begin accumulation. Once they have loaded up, they will then release everything including improved Q4? after all they need cash to meet all those demand out there, you cant just keep signing on new distribution channels with NO inventory.
