Well, someone is accumulating. It's just as good a guess that the company is buying back as it is that an institution or private buyer is gathering the cheap shares.

With the right string of news, anyone could sell at 10x this level and still have room to sell higher.

There is a reason why the company has not announced the r/s.

Regardless, we ALL will have to wait to see what news the company releases.
