agree with you completely, there is no dilution going on here, if you watch L2 carefully, you will see that it is only retail ETMM selling, and small amounts at that. Usually companies do increase the AS to pay for a merger and the shares ARE restricted...this is what we are looking for, I expect news this week. They are moving fast on this one
