VERY intriguing post Franconeli. I sat here for a while contemplating it and ended up thinking that in order for it to work SG would be putting all its marbles into one basket. Too much has happened to be absolutely assured that equity would prevail in a vote. So no, I don't think that SG would risk everything in that sort of situation.
