fwiw, The only logic I can see for the RS is a plan to uplist to Nasdaq with a RM of an already profitable company.

If Next10 is a startup, or simply unprofitable, I don't expect the stock can maintain the $2 pre-split level once trading resumes.

So unless they are clueless, they may still have some cards to play.
